Received a service from the company recently for AC problem. However, before fixing the problem, the technician did not give an estimate before fixing it nor before the sending the invoice and the customer service representative continuously to call the business number demanding the bill immediately saying the company requires payment to be paid “on the premise” after the service. I told the customer service representative we have forwarded the invoice to our landlord who will pay the bill for it, but she continued to be disrespectful and demanded to know the landlord’s number.
